As from today, 19th July, face coverings will no longer be legally required in England. That doesn’t mean, however, that we can safely return to normal and ditch all the safety measures we’ve all become accustomed to over that last 16 months.
Some public transport operators such as Transport for London and some rail companies will make wearing a face covering a condition of travel. Many airlines and ferry operators also require passengers to wear a face covering on their services, so we’re clearly “not out of the woods yet”.
A much safer option to public transport is to choose your own personalised transport solution. At Parkers, we take extra care to ensure that in one of our chauffeur cars your personal travel space is as safe and secure as it could possibly be. All of our drivers have been double vaccinated. As well as providing face masks for our passengers and our drivers, we make sure that vehicles are sanitised before and after each trip, as well as providing sanitising hand gel in each vehicle.
Our convenient door to door service means your contact with others is minimised and being able to work comfortably and securely en route can mean your journey is both efficient and surprisingly economical. Just think how much time can be saved, without the tedious, time wasting connections and additional risks of a normal public transport journey!
We regularly chauffeur clients on longer distance journeys to destinations across the length and breadth of the entire UK. Just remember that different rules apply in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, but wherever you choose to travel to, we can help to make your journey less risky and definitely less stressful.
