We own an extensive fleet and can offer a wide range of luxury chauffeur vehicle options, along with a team of experienced, professional chauffeurs. Through our extensive partner network, we can also provide and coordinate any additional logistics including larger coaches and specialist vehicles as required.
Corporate Conferences and Events
We’ve worked with both UK based and International event agencies to provide seamless corporate transportation for some of the worlds best known brands. We take the time to learn your specific requirements, make appropriate recommendations and plan logistics to ensure successful delivery of transport facilities for your event. Our Event Managers will liaise directly with your events agency and yourself throughout to provide regular communication of service delivery within budgetary guidelines.
We specialise in working closely with our corporate clients to provide a full ground transportation service for customer and colleague events. Our aim is always to reduce the burden of planning, monitoring and delivery of transportation services. We’ll take the responsibility of logistics planning and providing recommendations based on over 20 years experience and expertise. No task is too large or too small and anything from advising on suitable venues to providing interpreters and guides are well within our normal scope.
Planning and Logistics
Each client is allocated a dedicated Event Manager who will assist with planning and logistics for your event. Our support team will be on hand throughout the event to coordinate between event organisers, clients and our driving team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Depending on the complexity and duration of your corporate event you can pay a percentage up front deposit, on agreement of your anticipated budget, with the balance due following final completion of your event. Alternatively, for the larger or multi-day events, our team will monitor and manage daily costs and provide a daily invoice, so you can keep track of services and expenses incurred.
