Parkers Chauffeurs wins two QSi (Quality Standards & Innovation) Awards in the UK’s only national awards for the private hire, taxi and chauffeur sector.
Newcastle based Parkers Chauffeurs has won the Gold Award in the Chauffeur Company of the Year category of the prestigious Professional Driver QSi Awards, and backed this up with Bronze in the Environment category.
Professional Driver Editor Mark Bursa said: “Parkers Chauffeurs is the dominant chauffeur operator in its home city of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, offering a genuine first-class service with an emphasis on sustainability, driver training and security. No box goes unticked, and if a top-level job is needed in Newcastle…it goes to Parkers. The company has undertaken a thorough re-evaluation of everything it does to make sustainability the cornerstone of its business. That means everything from electric vehicles to smarter scheduling.”
Professional Driver magazine’s QSi Awards ceremony was a night to remember for the cream of Britain’s chauffeurs. The awards, open to every chauffeur company in the UK, are designed to recognise operators and individuals that demonstrate excellent standards of Quality, Service and Innovation.
Gold, Silver and Bronze awards were presented at a thrilling event, held at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, South Wales in November 2022.
Mark Bursa said: “We were overwhelmed by the quality of the entries, and it was a very tough job to pick our winners. Only very good operators made the short list, so we can be sure our Gold, Silver and Bronze winners are among the very best in Britain.”
