What areas do you cover?
From our Newcastle base Parkers will take clients to any destination across the entire UK. We can also provide chauffeur driven cars in other locations through our trusted partner network, so one single point of contact is all you need.
Can I track my booked car to check where my driver is?
Yes. Our clients get confirmation of their booking and notification of both driver and vehicle when allocated. On the day of travel you can track your vehicle right to your door and you’ll also get an SMS message when it arrives.
How do you charge for your chauffeur driven cars service?
Depending on your journey or itinerary we charge in one of two ways. For chauffeur driven car transfers this is normally calculated according to the journey distance. Alternatively, for ‘as directed’ journeys, we will charge by the hour, by the half day or full day.
How do I book a chauffeur driven car?

What type of vehicles can I book?
We have a fleet of chauffeur driven cars including Mercedes S Class LWB, Mercedes E Class, Mercedes V Class MPV’s and Range Rover Sport 4 x 4’s.
Do you provide a Meet & Greet service?
Yes. Your chauffeur will meet you at airport Arrivals or station platform exit with a personalised name board. He/she will provide assistance with luggage and will escort you directly to your VIP chauffeur car.
Can I book additional extras?
Yes. At your request we can arrange most extras including refreshments and snacks, interpreters, Blue Badge guides, child safety seats etc. etc.
How can I pay for my journey?
For non-account customers payment can be made by credit/debit card at the time of booking. Alternatively you can opt to pay by bank transfer. Please provide your email address and we’ll issue a pro-forma invoice which will include our bank account details for you to arrange payment.
What is included in my chauffeur car hire quote?
The price quoted at the time you confirmed your reservation for the vehicle type chosen and your chauffeur, for the specific journey you requested.
Can I get a copy of my invoice?
Yes. Please advise our reservations team your email details and a VAT invoice will be forwarded to this address.
